Eat seasonal and healthy

Eating both seasonal and healthy food is a great way to ensure you feel healthier this summer. If you’re concerned that eating healthy means you eat foods or have treats then we would like to introduce you to Panera Bread. Panera is a United States and Canadian brand that offer a variety of salads, meals, juices and snacks, most of which are raw, gluten free, and refined sugar free, to name a few from their no no list. Start an exercise regime

If you don’t already have an exercise regime in place, summer is a great time to put one in place, or revise your current regime by trying something different. Exercise can make you feel both healthier and happier. When we exercise our brain releases endorphins which triggers positive thought and make us feel happier.
